Residents can lodge the request for generator placement through E-Mail or signed request on plain paper. 12 working days are required for generator placement. Following documents are to be prepared:-
Generator Placement in Commercial Building
- No Objection Certificate from owner/tenant.
- Stability Certificate from a qualified structural engineer.
- Undertaking / Affidavit on Rs 50/- Stamp Paper by owner / tenant to compensate in case of damage and remove generator on the directions of DHA.
- Generator Set 25 – 100 KVA for 4-8 Marla.
- Generator Set 100 – 400 KVA for 16 Marla and above.
- In Commercial building generator is to be placed on the roof top.
- Properly constructed soundproof canopy is to be placed on the generator set.
- Generator set will be used as standby source only.
- Only diesel generators are recommended.
Generator Placement in Residential Building
- Generator set may be installed in basement / front lawn 5 ft away from common boundary wall.
- Generator set must be installed with sound proof canopy.
- Maximum capacity of generator is 25 KVA.
- Generator set will be used as secondary electric supply source, while using primary supply from WAPDA / LESCO.

- Certificate will be issued in 3 working days.
- Removal of underground pipes (Gas or Water).
New Water and Sewerage Connection
Residents are required to apply for new connection after completion of house construction, Following documents are required:-
- Signed application form for new water and sewerage connection.
- Copy of Computerized National Identity Card.
- Paid challan of Rs. 4000 for home completion / sewerage opening and Rs. 7000 for water connection.
Water Supply Line (Leakage / Blockage)
Residents can lodge signed request on a plain paper for repairs. Following documents are required:-
- Application to Director Maintenance, DHA Lahore.
- Copy of Computerized National Identity Card.
- Cost will be determined after survey Rs. 7000 + 500/- (if valve replacement is required).
Water Restoration Request

Cleaning of Septic Tank
